Ingredients
- 3 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, finely chopped
- 1 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, diced, seeds removed
- 2 Packages Pillsbury Country Biscuits
- 1 Cup Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese, Spread
- 1 Cup Jalapeno Cheddar Cream Cheese, Spread
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 Bell Peppers, Red and Orange, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsps. Oil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees, spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a skillet on medium heat, add oil, sauté bell peppers, jalapenos, until tender. Add Cipolline onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic, mix until all combined. Remove from heat, place in a bowl, and set aside.
- Remove Biscuits from package, add a spoonful of herb and garlic cream to each biscuit, spread evenly on each. Repeat process for Jalapeno Cheddar Cream cheese.
- In bottom of loaf Pan, add Jalapeno cheddar cream cheese biscuits, top with Jalapeno pepper mixture, mozzarella cheese, top with herb and garlic cream cheese biscuits, remaining Jalapeno pepper mixture and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cooked, and golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool and ready to serve.
