Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Butternut Squash Spirals
- 1 Packae Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 1 Package Snow Peas
- 3 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onion, sliced
- 1 Bunch Asparagus, woody ends removed
- 1 Cup Shrimp, cooked with garlic butter
- 6 Slices Bacon, cooked
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
- ¼ Cup. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated, topping
- Red Chili Flakes, topping
- Lemon, sliced
Directions
- In a skillet heat oil and butter, once butter has melted, add onions, cook until translucent, add garlic, parsley, asparagus, snow peas, cook for 5 minutes, until cooked.
- Add Butternut Squash Spirals, Zucchini Spirals, salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes, then add cooked bacon, cooked shrimp, mix all together, remove from heat and top with parmesan cheese, red chili flakes and a lemon slice, and ready to serve.
