On a baking sheet, line with parchment paper, add Riced Butternut Squash, oil, salt, and pepper. Place in oven for 20 minutes, until soft.
In a mixing bowl, add roasted butternut squash, using a hand blender, mix well.
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, oregano, parmesan cheese, and egg, mix well.
Add Butternut squash, using your hands mix well to form dough.
Lightly spray a round 12” baking pan with cooking spray, spread dough and place in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, until cooked and golden brown. Then add toppings, and ready to serve.
