Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie Medley
- 1 ½ Cups Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, chopped
- 1 ½ Cups Green Peppers, chopped
- 2 Lb. Ground Beef
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Can Kidney Beans
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 2 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Tsp. Oil
- 1 Tsp. Salt and Pepper
- ½ Tsp. Hot Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
Directions
- In a pot, on medium to high heat, add oil, onions and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, until translucent. Add green peppers sauté, until soft.
- Add ground meat, cook, and break up the meat until brown, add white wine, kidney beans and Riced Medley, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and mix well, then add salt, black pepper, hot cayenne pepper and chili powder, mix well and ready to serve.
