Ingredients
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 2 Cups Blueberries, fresh
- 1 ½ Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps. Honey
- Blueberries, Shredded Coconut, topping
Directions
- Combine blueberries and Spinach in a blender, blend until smooth.
- In a bowl add yogurt, honey, and mix well, then add blueberry spinach mixture and mix.
- Pour mixture into popsicle mold, then add popsicle sticks to each.
- Add Coconut Shreds and Blueberries on top, if desired.
- Place in Freezer for 4 hours, until frozen.
- Remove popsicles from the mold and ready to Serve.
