  1. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Squeeze out excess moisture from Zucchini Spirals using clean cheese cloth.
  3. In a large bowl, add Zucchini Spirals, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Divide dough into 6 equal portions on baking sheet. Roll each portion into ball, form a hole in the center. Flatten slightly. Top with shredded cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked or golden brown. Remove from and ready to eat on their own or filled with their favourite toppings.

