Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- ½ Cup Nantes Carrots, shredded
- 1 ½ Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs, large
- 2 Tbsp. Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Pepper
- Everything Bagel, seasoning
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from Zucchini Spirals using clean cheese cloth.
- In a large bowl, add Zucchini Spirals, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until dough forms.
- Divide dough into 6 equal portions on baking sheet. Roll each portion into ball, form a hole in the center. Flatten slightly. Top with shredded cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked or golden brown. Remove from and ready to eat on their own or filled with their favourite toppings.
