Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 6 Slices of Bacon
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 Large Eggs
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Bacon bits, topping
Directions
- In a muffin tray, lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray.
- Place a slice of bacon around the rim of each muffin cavity.
- In the middle of each cavity, add zucchini spirals, shredded cheese, and one egg.
- Place in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until desired preference.
- Then sprinkle parmesan cheese and bacon bits on top of each one and ready to serve.
