Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Cups Blueberries, fresh
  • 1 ½ Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsps. Honey
  • Blueberries, Shredded Coconut, topping

Directions

  1. Combine blueberries and Spinach in a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. In a bowl add yogurt, honey, and mix well, then add blueberry spinach mixture and mix.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle mold, then add popsicle sticks to each.
  4. Add Coconut Shreds and Blueberries on top, if desired.
  5. Place in Freezer for 4 hours, until frozen.
  6. Remove popsicles from the mold and ready to Serve.
