  1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with oil.
  2. In a bowl, add cubed butternut squash, 3 Tbsp. Oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix until all combined.
  3. Place cubed butternut squash on baking sheet, spread evenly and bake for 20 minutes, until butternut squash is soft. Remove from oven, let cool.
  4. Place sliced baguettes, on a baking sheet, brush each slice on both sides with butter. Bake on 400 degrees, until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread Burrata cheese on top of each baguette slice, add spinach, cubed butternut squash, slivered almonds, drizzle honey on top and ready to serve.

