Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash
- 1 Camembert Cheese, wheel, cut in strips
- ¼ Cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
- Rosemary Sprigs, Topping
- Hot Honey, Drizzle
- Dried Cranberries, topping
Directions
- Pre- heat oven at 350 degrees F, lightly spray a baking dish.
- In a baking dish, add cubed butternut squash, add olive oil, salt and pepper. Add camembert cheese slices, top with walnuts and rosemary springs.
- Place in oven for 30 minutes, until butternut squash is cooked and tender. Remove from oven top with cranberries and drizzle with hot honey and ready to serve, as a side dish.
