Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash
- 1 kg Package Gnocchi, Cooked
- 4 Sausages, cut in small pieces, cooked
- 1 Stick Butter, Salted
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 20 Fresh Sage Leaves
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Red Chili Flakes, optional
- Parmesan Cheese, topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add cubed butternut squash, olive oil, salt and pepper, mix until fully combined. Place cubed butternut squash on baking sheet, place in oven for 20 minutes, until cooked and butternut squash has softened.
- In a skillet, on low to medium heat, add butter, once melted, add sage leaves, constantly mixing, until butter has turned golden browned, once browned add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked Gnocchi, cooked sausage, and roasted butternut squash, mix until fully combined.
- Remove from heat, plate and top with parmesan cheese and red chili flakes and ready to serve.
