Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp. Nut meg
  • Icing drizzle, topping
  • Crushed Walnuts, topping

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven at 300 degrees.
  2. Lightly spay donut pan and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place carrot mixture in donut trays.
  5. Place in oven for 10 minutes, until a toothpick is inserted in the donut and comes out clean.
  6. Let cool, remove from tray and, drizzle icing of preference and top with walnuts.
