Ingredients
- ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp. Nut meg
- Icing drizzle, topping
- Crushed Walnuts, topping
Directions
- Preheat Oven at 300 degrees.
- Lightly spay donut pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
- Place carrot mixture in donut trays.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes, until a toothpick is inserted in the donut and comes out clean.
- Let cool, remove from tray and, drizzle icing of preference and top with walnuts.
