For assembly, in a deep baking dish add 1 Puff Pastry Sheet, ensure to cover the sides, add cauliflower spinach mixture, egg mixture, mozzarella cheese, and add 1 Puff Pastry Sheet diagonally on top, until fully covered, fold over all edges and put a small slit in centre, allowing steam to escape. Brush Egg wash on top.
Bake for 25 minutes, bake until golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
