Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Roasted Red Peppers, finely Chopped
  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef, Veal, and Pork
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Onion Soup Mix, Lipton
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Package Hamburger Buns, sesame

Optional Toppings

  • Bacon
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Pickles, Sliced
  • Tomatoes, Sliced
  • Red Onions, Sliced
  • Condiments, as desired

Directions

  1. For Hamburgers: In a large bowl, add meat mixture, Zucchini, roasted red peppers, breadcrumbs, onion mix, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well.
  2. Form burgers in round patties and repeat process for each burger.
  3. Place burgers on grill for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked. Remove from grill.
  4. On the bottom half of your bun, add burger, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, bacon, and top with your favourite condiments.
