In a Skillet, on medium to high heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, onions, sauté, add garlic and ground turkey, breaking into small pieces, until browned and cooked.
Add taco seasoning and mix well. Add Riced Cauliflower, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, salt, and pepper, mix well. Remove from heat.
Fill each Taco Shell, with Riced Cauliflower mix, shredded cheese, and Kale Slaw. Add salsa, mayonnaise, as desired, and ready to serve.
