1 Can Pillsbury Pizza Crust, follow package instructions
5 Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
2 Tbsp. Butter, salted
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Chili flakes, pinch, optional
What You Need
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Cover baking sheet with foil. For Pizza Crust: Follow cooking instructions on Package.
In a skillet, add butter, 1 Tbsp. oil, red and yellow bell peppers, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, butternut squash spirals, zucchini spirals, sauté until cooked and vegetables are tender.
Once pizza crust is cooked, remove from oven, brush oil on pizza crust, add shredded mozzarella cheese, sautéed vegetables, grape tomatoes, more shredded mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, place in oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted, and ready to serve.
