Ingredients
- 6 Raw Harvest Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 Package Croissant Rolls
- 1 Package Bacon
- ½ Container Cream Cheese
Directions
- Cut Jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise.
- Remove seeds and visible membrane and rinse.
- Fill each Jalapeno with cream cheese.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each pepper to cover.
- Wrap in Croissant and roll until each pepper is covered.
- Place in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until cooked, and golden brown.
