Ingredients

  • 6 Raw Harvest Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 Package Croissant Rolls
  • 1 Package Bacon
  • ½ Container Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. Cut Jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove seeds and visible membrane and rinse.
  3. Fill each Jalapeno with cream cheese.
  4. Wrap a slice of bacon around each pepper to cover.
  5. Wrap in Croissant and roll until each pepper is covered.
  6. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until cooked, and golden brown.
