Ingredients
- 3 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onins, finely chopped
- 2 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Pizza dough
- 2 Bell Peppers, Red and Orange
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- Marinara Sauce, serving
- Flour, sprinkle
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees, spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a skillet on medium heat, add oil, sauté bell peppers, jalapenos, until tender. Add Cipolline onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic, mix until all combined. Remove from heat, place in a bowl, and set aside.
- On a clean service, sprinkle flour, place pizza dough and slightly spread, cut in 4 slices, then cut each slice into 3 pieces. Repeat for each slice.
- Spread dough, add Jalapeno pepper mixture in the centre, and shredded cheese on top, overlap edges around mixture forming a ball, and mixture is sealed and covered. Repeat process for each piece.
- In Bundt pan, place a small bowl in centre of pan, add stuffed pepper balls, leaving a little space in between each other, lightly brush oil on each piece and, top with remaining jalapeno pepper mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place in oven, and bake for 30 minutes until cooked, and golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool and ready to serve with Marinara Sauce.
