Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Super Blend
- 4 Medium sausages
- 750mL cup water
- Star anise (casing removed)
- 5 bay Leafs
- ¼ tsp. Nut meg
- 1 tsp. 5 spice powder
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a pot, add the bag of the Super Blend
- Remove the casing from the sausage and mince the meat.
- Add spices, salt and cover with water.
- Cook on medium to high for 90 minutes with lid on.
- After cooked let the soup sit another 90 minutes off the heat.
