Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale
- 3 Harvest Fresh Shallots, sliced
- 1 Pizza Dough
- 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Pear, sliced
- 12 Slices Brie Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, divided
- 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.
- In a Skillet, add 2 Tbsp. oil, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add shallots, red pepper, sauté until vegetables have softened.
- Add Chopped Kale, sauté until wilted, add salt and pepper, remove from heat and set aside.
- In a round pizza pan, add a generous amount of olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Then place dough on top. Cover dough with a clean cloth, let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Spread dough across the bottom of the pan creating dimples in the dough with your fingers.
- Drizzle 2 Tbsp. Olive oil on dough, add ½ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Kale pepper mixture, Brie slices, sliced pear, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven, slice in pieces and ready to serve.
