In a round pizza pan, add a generous amount of olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Then place dough on top. Cover dough with a clean cloth, let it rise for 30 minutes.
Spread dough across the bottom of the pan creating dimples in the dough with your fingers.
Drizzle 2 Tbsp. Olive oil on dough, add ½ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Kale pepper mixture, Brie slices, sliced pear, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven, slice in pieces and ready to serve.
