In a large skillet, add oil, 2 garlics and chopped Kale (stems removed) and sauté, until wilted, add salt and pepper, mix well, place in a dish and cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Once Kale has cooled place in a cheese cloth, to remove excess water.
In a large bowl, add Ricotta, Kale, onions, 2 garlics, egg, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese and chili flakes. Mix with your hands, until fully combined.
Form kale ricotta mixture into a round shape, to size preferred.
In a large pot, add sauce and Kale Ricotta Bites and cook on low for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and ready to serve as a side with your favourite pasta.
