Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
  • 1 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, diced
  • 8 Tortilla Wraps, medium size
  • 1 Package Cod Fish Filets, Highliners
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • ½ Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp. Sriracha Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. On a baking sheet, add parchment paper, add cod fish filets, and follow cooking instructions as directed on box.
  2. In a large bowl, add tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice, mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise and sriracha sauce, mix well.
  4. In a small frying pan add one tortilla wrap, until crisp on one side.
  5. Place wrap on a dish, spread spicy mayo, add, fish filet, tomato mixture, Kale Slaw, and top with avocado, with additional spicy mayonnaise if desired, repeat for each wrap and ready to serve.

