Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- 1 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, diced
- 8 Tortilla Wraps, medium size
- 1 Package Cod Fish Filets, Highliners
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 Tomato, diced
- ½ Red Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tsp. Sriracha Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- On a baking sheet, add parchment paper, add cod fish filets, and follow cooking instructions as directed on box.
- In a large bowl, add tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice, mix well.
- In a small bowl, add mayonnaise and sriracha sauce, mix well.
- In a small frying pan add one tortilla wrap, until crisp on one side.
- Place wrap on a dish, spread spicy mayo, add, fish filet, tomato mixture, Kale Slaw, and top with avocado, with additional spicy mayonnaise if desired, repeat for each wrap and ready to serve.
