In a pot, add water and bring to a boil with salt, add cheese tortellini, cook as per package instructions. Remove from heat and drain water from pasta.
In a blender, add water, oil, Zucchini Spirals, fresh basil, garlic, and pine nuts. Blend until combined and creamy.
In pot with pasta, add Zucchini pesto and heat for 3 minutes, and ready to serve.
