Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw 
  • 1 Lb. Ground turkey
  • 1 Green Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ Tsp. Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp. White Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Black & White Sesame Seeds, Topping
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown meat and season with salt and pepper and remove from pan.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic, green onions, and Kale Slaw, and mix well.
  3. Add in soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger paste and vinegar. Add the cooked turkey and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, top with sesame seeds, and ready to serve.
