Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw, 340g
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 2 Fior di latte or Mozzarella balls, 125g each ball, sliced
- 1/2 cup, freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Slaw dressing
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, or to taste
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl add a bag of Harvest Fresh Kale slaw, season with extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, pepper and toss well.
- Divide the dressed slaw in equal parts and add to the 4 tortilla shells.
- Add freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and equal slices of fior di latte on the slaw and wrap the tortilla shells closing both ends and rolling tight.
- In a dry hot frying pan, add the tortilla shells fold side down and cook on each side until golden and crispy.
