Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw, 340g
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 2 Fior di latte or Mozzarella balls, 125g each ball, sliced
  • 1/2 cup, freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Slaw dressing

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, or to taste
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • Salt & Pepper

What You Need

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add a bag of Harvest Fresh Kale slaw, season with extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, pepper and toss well.
  2. Divide the dressed slaw in equal parts and add to the 4 tortilla shells.
  3. Add freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and equal slices of fior di latte on the slaw and wrap the tortilla shells closing both ends and rolling tight.
  4. In a dry hot frying pan, add the tortilla shells fold side down and cook on each side until golden and crispy.
