Ingredients
- 1 Package of Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- ½ Cup Almond Milk
- ½ Cup Cheddar/Mozzarella mix, shredded
- Salt to Taste
- Chives, to garnish
Directions
- In a saucepan, add an inch of water, riced cauliflower with the lid, steam for 10 minutes, until softened; remove from heat.
- In a large pot, add butter, steamed cauliflower rice, shredded cheese and salt. Mix until mashed and smooth.
- Serve while hot and top with shredded cheese and chives.
