Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce, cooked
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Pepperoni, slices
Directions
- For Pizza Crust: In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 6 minutes, remove and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Transfer cauliflower rice into a large bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Mix well, until combined.
- In a baking pan, place parchment paper, divide cauliflower mixture into four balls and form into individual pizzas.
- For Pizza Topping: Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Place into the oven at 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden, and ready to serve.
