For Pizza Crust: In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 6 minutes, remove and let cool.
Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Transfer cauliflower rice into a large bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Mix well, until combined.
In a baking pan, place parchment paper, divide cauliflower mixture into four balls and form into individual pizzas.
For Pizza Topping: Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Place into the oven at 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden, and ready to serve.
