Ingredients

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 Container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg, yolk

Directions

  1. In a muffin tray, add 1 tbsp. of tomato sauce in each cavity.
  2. Use 3 Zucchini veggie sheets, and lay end to end, slightly overlapped.
  3. Add cheese mixture as per Ingredients and add a slice of bacon.
  4. Roll up the Zucchini sheets combined all together, add in muffin tray.
  5. Repeat process until all cavities are filled.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes.
