Ingredients
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Zucchini Veggie Sheets
- 1 Package of bacon
- 1 Jar Tomato Sauce
Cheese Mixture
- 1 Container Ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Egg, yolk
Directions
- In a muffin tray, add 1 tbsp. of tomato sauce in each cavity.
- Use 3 Zucchini veggie sheets, and lay end to end, slightly overlapped.
- Add cheese mixture as per Ingredients and add a slice of bacon.
- Roll up the Zucchini sheets combined all together, add in muffin tray.
- Repeat process until all cavities are filled.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
