Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Riced Butternut Squash
  • 1 ½ Cups Chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1 Garlic Clove, peeled
  • 1 Lemon, juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ Tsp. Cumin
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Water
  • Pepper to taste

What You Need

Preparation

  1. In a food processor or blender, add Riced Butternut Squash, chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and water. Add water as needed to mix well.
  2. Then add your seasoning and blend well.
  3. Place in a large bowl, add chickpeas, paprika seasoning on top, if desired, and ready to serve.
