Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 6 Eggs, separated
- 1 ¼ Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking powder
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- ½ Cup Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 1 Tsp. Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9” x 5” baking pan.
- In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add egg yolks, melted butter, garlic, oregano, shredded cheese and about ¼ cup egg whites, and beat well, using hand blender, then stir in steamed cauliflower.
- Add remaining egg whites and blend until fully combined and add fresh parsley stirring it in the mixture.
- Add cauliflower mixture into baking pan and spread evenly, sprinkle with remaining parsley.
- Bake for 45 minutes, until a toothpick is inserted in the cauliflower garlic bread and comes out clean and golden brown. Let cool and remove from pan and ready to serve.
