Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 4 slices, toast bread
  • 8 Slices Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 Slices Smoked Havarti Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp.Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions

  1. In a hot pan sauté garlic, chilis, and olive oil add spinach, cook until all the moisture is then reduced
  2. Heat up a pan add prosciutto, cook until crispy
  3. Place on bread smoked Havarti cheese, spinach and prosciutto add top bread layer
  4. Place butter in the pan, add the sandwich and flip for 1 minute each side, and ready to serve

