Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Medley
  • 1 ½ Cups Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ Cups Green Peppers, chopped
  • 2 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tsp. Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • ½ Tsp. Hot Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Chili Powder

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a pot, on medium to high heat, add oil, onions and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, until translucent. Add green peppers sauté, until soft.
  2. Add ground meat, cook, and break up the meat until brown, add white wine, kidney beans and Riced Medley, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and mix well, then add salt, black pepper, hot cayenne pepper and chili powder, mix well and ready to serve.
