Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • ½ cup onions, diced
  • ½ Red Pepper, diced
  • 1 Jar Artichoke, drained chopped
  • 2 Tubes Large Crescent Rolls
  • 1 Large egg beaten, egg wash
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ Tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Kosher Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  2. In a pan, add oil, red peppers, onions, cook until translucent, then add spinach cook until, wilted, add salt, pepper, and mix well. Set aside, let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, add Spinach mixture, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder. Then stir in mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. On parchment paper, unroll Crescent rolls, press to seal perforations. Add Spinach mixture.
  5. From the short side of crescent, roll up pressing edges to seal. Slightly score the top in eight pieces. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Place on a large serving dish, and ready to serve.
