Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
- ½ cup onions, diced
- ½ Red Pepper, diced
- 1 Jar Artichoke, drained chopped
- 2 Tubes Large Crescent Rolls
- 1 Large egg beaten, egg wash
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ Tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Kosher Salt
- ½ Tsp. Ground Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
- In a pan, add oil, red peppers, onions, cook until translucent, then add spinach cook until, wilted, add salt, pepper, and mix well. Set aside, let cool.
- In a large bowl, add Spinach mixture, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder. Then stir in mozzarella and parmesan.
- On parchment paper, unroll Crescent rolls, press to seal perforations. Add Spinach mixture.
- From the short side of crescent, roll up pressing edges to seal. Slightly score the top in eight pieces. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Place on a large serving dish, and ready to serve.
