Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Package Pie Crusts, Pillsbury (2pk)
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic, cloves minced
- 1 Jar Roasted Peppers, sliced, divided
- 12 Slices Mortadella, divided
- 12 Slices Provolone Cheese, divided
- 12 Slices Ham, divided
- 12 Slices Sweet Salami, divided
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Plus Seasoning
- 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Egg + 1 Tsp water, egg wash
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Lightly spray baking pan (removeable sides) with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, on medium to high heat, add oil, add onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic sauté until fragrant, add spinach sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, add eggs, parmesan cheese, whisk until combined.
- For Assembly: Add 1 pie crust as a base, add spinach mixture, mortadella, provolone cheese, Salami, provolone cheese, ham, ½ egg mixture, roasted peppers, and repeat for 2nd layer, then add Italian seasoning, and top with mozzarella cheese, top with 2nd pie crust, to seal and brush with egg wash.
- Place in oven, and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
