Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach, sauteed
- 2 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, diced
- ½ Cup Crumbled Feta
- ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¼ Tsp. Oregano
- ¼ Tsp. Italian Seasoning
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, add oil, add spinach, sauté until wilted.
- In a large bowl, add sauteed spinach, and all remaining ingredients, mix until fully combined.
- Using a small scoop, scoop mixture on baking sheet, flattening each one, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat, let cool and ready to serve with your favourite dressing or dip.
