Preparation

  1. In a large pan, on medium to high heat add butter, garlic and sauté the onions for 2 minutes, add Spinach, reduce to medium heat, and cook until all the moisture is then reduced.
  2. In a large bowl combine Ricotta, Spinach and Parmesan cheese, and salt, mix well.
  3. Lightly spray baking pan with cooking spray, add parchment paper.
  4. Remove dough from package, as directed, and spread out on a baking pan.
  5. Take a spoon of the Ricotta mixture, place on the wider end of the dough, and roll the dough into a croissant, repeat for each.
  6. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until cooked and golden brown.
