Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 3 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, finely chopped
- 1 Package Pillsbury Crescent rolls
- 450g Ricotta
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a large pan, on medium to high heat add butter, garlic and sauté the onions for 2 minutes, add Spinach, reduce to medium heat, and cook until all the moisture is then reduced.
- In a large bowl combine Ricotta, Spinach and Parmesan cheese, and salt, mix well.
- Lightly spray baking pan with cooking spray, add parchment paper.
- Remove dough from package, as directed, and spread out on a baking pan.
- Take a spoon of the Ricotta mixture, place on the wider end of the dough, and roll the dough into a croissant, repeat for each.
- Place in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until cooked and golden brown.
