Ingredients
- ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals, finely chopped
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef, or Turkey
- 1 Large Egg
- ¼ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Onion, finely Chopped
- ¼ Cup Parsley, fresh finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Package of Brioche Hamburger Buns
Topping
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- ¼ Cup Creamy Garlic Mayo or dressing preferred
- 4 Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 Tomato, slices
Directions
- For Topping:Â In a bowl, add Kale Slaw and Creamy Garlic mayonnaise, mix well.
- For Hamburgers:Â In a large bowl, add ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, onion, Zucchini Spirals, parsley, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Form burgers in round patties, smash and repeat process for each burger.
- Place burgers on the grill for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked. Remove from grill.
- On the bottom half of your bun, add a slice of cheddar cheese, burger, tomatoes and top with Kale Slaw mix, and place bun on top.
