Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals, finely chopped
  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef, or Turkey
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Onion, finely Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Parsley, fresh finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Package of Brioche Hamburger Buns

Directions

  1. For Topping: In a bowl, add Kale Slaw and Creamy Garlic mayonnaise, mix well.
  2. For Hamburgers: In a large bowl, add ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, onion, Zucchini Spirals, parsley, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form burgers in round patties, smash and repeat process for each burger.
  4. Place burgers on the grill for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked. Remove from grill.
  5. On the bottom half of your bun, add a slice of cheddar cheese, burger, tomatoes and top with Kale Slaw mix, and place bun on top.
