Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Sweet Potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. Cornmeal
- 1 Tsp, Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp, Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Ingredients
- ½ Cup Butter, melted
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Tsp. Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- In a pot, boil Cubed Sweet Potato, boil until tender, and cooked. Remove from heat and drain.
- In a bowl, add sweet potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper, mash until fully combined.
- Add cornmeal, mix until dough is formed and has thickened. Roll into balls.
- Place in Air-Fryer, spray with cooking spray. Air-Fry at 400 degrees for 15minutes, until golden and crispy, shake regularly.
- In a bowl, add melted butter, garlic, fresh parsley, mix until combined.
- Once Sweet Potato pops are ready, place in a bowl, add garlic butter and ready to serve.
