Ingredients
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 5 Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots, chopped
- 2 Chicken breasts, (bone in, skin on)
- 1 Cup Celery, sliced
- 1 Large Onion, sliced
- 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes, as desired
- Bay Leaf, garnish
Directions
- In a large pot, on high heat, bring water to a boil. Add Chicken breast, let simmer on medium heat for 1 hr.
- Add onions, celery, Nantes carrots, and bouillon cubes, simmer for 45 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove Chicken from broth and cut the chicken in shreds and set aside.
- Add Spinach in broth, cook until wilted, then add shredded chicken, cook for additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and ready to serve. Garnish with a Bay Leaf.
