  1. In a pot, heat water with salt boiling, add Riced Medley and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Allow to steam for 3 minutes, remove from heat and strain, let cool.
  3. In a bowl add egg, milk and whisk.
  4. In a mixing bowl add Riced Medley, egg with milk whisked, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onions and seasoning.
  5. Mix all together, if necessary, add more breadcrumbs to keep together.
  6. Take a small handful and flatten into your cupped hand to form into a ball shape. Firmly stuffing one cube of mozzarella inside each ball. Repeat the process for each one.
  7. Add oil in the air fryer, for approx. 15 minutes at 375 degrees, until golden brown. Let cool and serve with Marinara Sauce.
