Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Carrot Spirals
- 2 Cups Veal, Beef, or Chicken, slices
- 2 Cups Shrimp, cooked
- 1 Cup Edamame Beans
- ½ Red, Orange, and yellow bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Large Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- ½ Cup Honey Garlic Sauce
- ¼ Cup Oil
- 6 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
- ½ Package Chow mein Noodles- follow package directions
Directions
- In a frying pan, on medium heat, add oil, veal, cook, until completely browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Using the same frying pan, add 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, carrot spirals, bell peppers, onion, sauté, until translucent, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add edamame beans, sauté until tender.
- Add cooked veal, honey garlic sauce, zucchini spirals, mix well. Add cooked shrimp, mix until fully combined.
- In a frying pan, add boiled noodles, and 3 Tbsp soy sauce, mix well
- In a large plate, add your noodles and top with meat and veggie mix and ready to serve.
