Directions

  1. Lay Zucchini Veggie Sheet on a plate.
  2. Spread herb and garlic cheese across the entire sheet.
  3. Place 1 slice of smoked salmon on large end of veggie zucchini sheet.
  4. Place 1 slice of avocado on top of salmon, then roll all together.
  5. Repeat for each, then place each one standing up on a serving plate, with a sprig of parsley on each one and ready to serve.
