Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Veggie Sheets
- 1 Package Boursin Herb and Garlic Cheese
- 1 Package Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- Fresh Parsley, garnish
Directions
- Lay Zucchini Veggie Sheet on a plate.
- Spread herb and garlic cheese across the entire sheet.
- Place 1 slice of smoked salmon on large end of veggie zucchini sheet.
- Place 1 slice of avocado on top of salmon, then roll all together.
- Repeat for each, then place each one standing up on a serving plate, with a sprig of parsley on each one and ready to serve.
