  1. Lay Zucchini Veggie Sheet on a plate.
  2. Spread hummus on the entire sheet.
  3. Place 1 slice of each colour bell pepper, 2 inches in from the round side of the zucchini sheet (not sticking out from the bottom).
  4. Repeat for each, then place each one standing up on a serving plate and ready to serve.
