Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 1 Harvest Fresh Shallot, sliced
- Rotisserie Chicken, pcs
- 6 Cups Vegetable Broth
- Fresh Ginger, 1 inch, sliced
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 ½ Cups Bean sprouts
- Jalapenos, Sliced topping
- Cilantro, topping
- Hot Sauce or red pepper sliced, topping
- Lime, slice, topping
Directions
- In a pot, simmer vegetable broth, ginger, garlic, shallots, and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Add zucchini spirals, bean sprouts, add rotisserie chicken, cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat.
- Place in bowl, add your toppings and ready to serve.
