Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Sheets
- 2 Cups Breadcrumbs, coating
- ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 3 Sweet Sausages, removed from casing
- 12 BabyBel Cheese, remove wrapping
- 1 Cup oil
- ½ Tsp. Italian Seasoning
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Pepper
- ½ Cup Tomato Sauce
- Parmesan Cheese, Topping
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees, lightly coat round pie plate with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, add oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk and set aside.
- In a flat dinner plate, add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
- Coat Zucchini Sheets in oil, coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Once coated, lay zucchini sheets flat in pie plate, hanging over edges, forming a pie shape, add sausage, top with sauce, add Babybel cheese, fold zucchini on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and cooked, and ready to serve.
