Ingredients
- 2 Packages Harvest Fresh Zucchini Veggie Sheets
- Mozzarella Cheese block, Sliced thick strips
- 4 Sweet Sausages, removed from casings
- 1 Jar Tomato Sauce, cooked, divided
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
- Grated Parmesan Cheese, topping
- Fresh Basil, topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In baking dish, line with parchment paper.
- Add Zucchini Sheets, brush each with olive oil, and drizzle salt
- Place in oven for 10 minutes until zucchini have softened. Remove from heat.
- In a skillet, add 1 Tbsp oil, once hot, add sausage meat, mince in small pieces, sauté until browned, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add ¾ Jar cooked tomato sauce.
- On a clean surface, place 3 zucchini sheets overlapping each other slightly, add a slice Mozzarella Cheese, and roll up until cheese is covered, repeat for each.
- Add to skillet with cooked sausage meat, top with remaining tomato sauce, cook with a lid for 5 minutes until cheese is melted, remove from heat, top with parmesan cheese and fresh basil, and ready to serve.
