In a bowl, add breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese and mix. Then add the Zucchini Spirals coated in egg. Repeat each step, until Spirals are all battered.
In Air fryer, spray the tray with cooking spray and place Zucchini Spirals layering flat and not overlapping each other, at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes and until golden brown.
Then sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and ready to serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
